A new beginning

So after a bit of moving around we have seemingly found a home at Hammers Gym Nunawading. In the short time we have been there, the guy have really settled in to the new locale. With much the same culture we employ as a club it was a great vibe from the beginning and working with guys Like Brock and Mark have made it an awesome experience. We have even started running an MMA program which is challenging and fun. Looking forward to seeing what the future holds for the beasts in the east!
